I would not recommend the service to any of my friends, family or lifetime enemies. I do not know how the sales department works but the guys from the service clearly have no interest in helping out people that actually have an appointment but are interested in friends, old customers that have more than 2 cars or potential customers that do not have an appointment as they are easy to handle by redirecting them to the call centre. I booked via the phone number on the site, a week in advance and got today early in the shop maybe I can drop it faster as I had a full day of meetings(this my mistake). I got to the front desk where there was a very helpful lady that confirmed twice that my appointment is okay, my car figures on the list for 11:00 AM but warned me that on the screen I will not see my number as there system is not up to date with my car details(although I have been there twice this year). After 1 hour of waiting and seeing how everyone that was a friend-of-a-friend or people who did not have an appointment got at least a conversation with someone from the service desk, I ended up all alone in the waiting room as everyone from the Mercedes Benz team left me just hanging in there. I logged in an online meeting that took half an hour and after I finished still nobody there. When I left I told the lady at the front desk to cancel whatever they booked as it appears that I will not be served today and she asked to wait more as she said this is not acceptable. A bit too late as I already lost half a day with them. When I got outside to light a cigarette and to vent, I was amazed how proud the Mercedes Benz service of their job as they had an award of excellence from Daimler Benz Germany... sure... maybe it was something back in the day but now it is just a mockery for clients like me. This feedback is not out of frustration but more out of concern for anyone that will try their services... I really hope you have more time and patience than me...
